  Hi Everyone:

  I’m in the market for a firewire drive to use with my Powerbook G4 editing FCP. I see that Western Digital’s 1 TB “My Book Pro Edition ll” (USB 2.0, Firewire 400 & 800, 7200 RPM) is available for $500. Is this a good drive? Am I better off to use a 1TB drive than two 500GB drives?
