Hello. I’m trying to get the following image cut into a real object with rapid prototyping (3D printing). The guy at the service bureau asked me for the “thickness” of the object…Here’s the image:

I have no clue if this will work.
    The heirarchy is
    HyperNurbs (subdivision: 3)
    ExtrudeNurbs (subdivision: 1, Isosubdivision:10)
    Text Object (Angle: 5)
    DiTEssa (deformer from DiTools)
    DiTEssa
    DiTEssa

I just don’t know where I am supposed to get a thickness unit. Any thoughts? Or any other suggestions about prepping for STL output? This image turned into a 200 MB STL file when I saved it as such, and that seemed to freak the guy at the service bureau out… Not sure what he was expecting.
    Thanks much.
