  • Stitching together Panasonic HMC150 video footage for Vegas

When I’m shooting to a memory card (SD) with cameras like the pansonic HMC-150, the files get broken up into 4 gig chunks because of the FAT32 formatting of the cards. That would be fine, except there seems to be a little time lost between segments. For my Sony Z7U, Sony makes a small app that stitches the segments together seamlessly into one large file while importing from a CF card. Is there any app for Panasonic-shot cards?
    It would really help! thanks!

You would have to ask Panasonic. 😉

What you could try in Vegas Pro is the menu item View | Device Explorer and see if it recognizes your camera as a valid video device. It correctly recognizes my Sony cameras so I don’t have to use any external program.
