For some reason these two still images are giving me a hard time. After the fade from one to the other there seems to be a slight pause before the motion continues. Why is this?
I’ve tried turning on and off the Frame Blending, making the images move in the same (and opposite) direction and I can’t figure out why the transition isn’t as smooth as it could be. Does it have something to do with the anchor points? I’m thinking therein lies the problem but still no dice.
If I can get some help it would be much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Martha

also both the pics are jpegs, if that makes a difference

Are you looking at the rendered output? What format is your sequence? What is the frame resolution of the images?

    All the best,

The first image looks too small and the second image looks too big. What format are you working in?

I recently had the exact thing happen to me, so instead of using the Fade in fade out transition, i used the pen tool, and after that there was no sorta freeze

Thanks Cali. I’m actually trying to use a cross dissolve so how would I go about doing this?
