There must be differences between the US version and whatever version you guys have. I don’t have those files.

And by the way, I said to get rid of all of the Premiere Pro 1.5 folders. You got rid of one. How about the directory here:

    “C:/Documents and Settings/Steven Gotz/Application Data/Adobe/Premiere Pro/1.5” (using your name of course)

    WAIT!!!!

Sorry. I found them. I did a search and missed them. But when I looked in the directory, there they were. Sorry about that. My error.

ASLFoundation is the only one marked as 1.5.1 – the others are 1.5.0

It is a bit strange. It says it was created on March 2, 2005 at 12:55:03 AM and yet it was modified February 9, 2005

    The build number is S243 – 2/9/2005

Andre, I got the files but still no luck with the update.

My original build is S149 dates 2004 where yours is S150.

I really do think that my build is too old somehow.

Are those files you gave me are the original files before the Update?

I have also noticed that they are the sames as AE6.5, which I have also installed yesterday based on the fact that you had found the sames files there too. Note that my AE ASL* files are the same build as yours, ie: S150 but still not working.

that is strange that there seem to have different build out there that are not “compatible” with a basic upgrade.

Following special work that I do, I have two versions of PPro on my PC:

    1)- PPro 1.5.1

ASLFoundation .dll is Build # S243 and File Version 1,5,1,0 (This one I sent you.)

    2)- PPRO 1.5.0

ASLFoundation.dll Is Build # S158 and File Version 1,5,0,0 (Could send it upon request)

Can you send me the 1.5.0 versions of those DLL’s?

I will try to see if this works, but I am affraid that my entire version is an older build and will not accept the update 1.5.1.

    Thanks
    Andre

    Granny,

Nop I still haven’t solved mine yet.

I am hoping to get the ASF*.dll from a more recent build. and hopefully it will help.
It seem that Adobe as distributed some older build of Premiere Pro 1.5 and we are the unlucky early one who got them.

My build is S149, where it seem that the patch will work only on more recent one like S154 or so.
