still frames bug/problem
Why are there few STILL frames sometimes when I use twixtor (in Premiere CS5)? The action is slow and smooth for a bit… but then for a second or a little less the picture freezes. When I scroll in premiere I can see 6 or 7 frames that are basically the same one after each other. And I have to delete them in order for the action to go smooth…

Hard to say without seeing your media, the project and the settings used.
A usual suspect would be a tiny mismatch of FPS. Since Twixtor reads two existing frames to make a new frame, a slight mismatch of FPS can cause Twixtor to get twice the same frame – hence a freeze when slowed down.
