    still frame onto front of DVD?

    How do I print a still frame from my timeline onto the front of a dvd?

    I’m using Premiere Pro in CS3.

    Also, how do I then take that frame or another from the same timeline and print it as an insert to go in either a box or jewel case?

    Export frame and import it into Encore.
