  • Stereo to dual mono and multi-track export

On a Mac Premiere Pro CC…

I have a QT movie (ProResHQ) and six separate mono .wav files for L R C Lfe Ls Rs and a wav for stereo LtRt.
I make a 8 track sequence, but cannot seem to make it ProResHQ. Is there a way to make PrPro match seq settings to clip settings like in FCP 7?

And, further, when I place all these tracks in a sequence, the stereo appears as a single ‘layer’, not two layers as I’m used to in FCP. Is there a way to separate a stereo into two monos? or at lease appear as dual track?

And after I match all these in FCP, I’d like to export them as a QT ref movie with 8 tracks (L R C Lfe Ls Rs Lt Rt). In fCP 7 one simply assigns the tracks 1-1, 2-2, 3-3 etc in the track panel on the left. How does one do this in Premiere Pro?
