  steps for publishing video to site

  Hello to all the pros out there!

  i’m new here and also to vfx.. let’s get to the point..
  I need a clarification on publishing my work..
  I’ve finished my work on AE and I want to publish it as a flash for the web. Should I “add to render queue”, render it as a different file and compress it using compression tools or export it as an .flv file?
