    I have found several java based bitrate calculators, but can anyone recommend a standalone bit rate calculator like Mark’s bit rate calculator for bluray?

    I found one but it is giving me crazy vbr rates like 46 mbps max, 17 mbps avg and 7 mbps for 180 minutes of m2t

    doh!…defaulted to 48 mbps instead of 25 mbps
