    Hey,
    I’m trying to get that old looking paper look, kind of like and old scroll, or paper that has had a little water poured on it.

    On a layer of bone/beige color
    Filter >> texture >> texturizer

    Use the dodge/burn tool to vary the lighting.

    For Water Damage:
    You can blur a feathered selection to create water damage, and do a curves correction to slightly change the tone.
