    I need a technique to do an ease in and ease out with vegas’ event pan crop tool (or track motion tool)similar to After Effects or
    Moving pictures software. It is easier to stay in Vegas to do these things. IMHO

    Use the different keyframe interpolations (e.g. Linear, Fast, Smooth etc) to affect how the motions pass through the keyframe points.
