I have a bit of footage I want to stabilize and I was wondering if you all had thoughts on the quality and efficiency of the stabilizers in SV10 or how they implemented it in SV11. Are the SV11 algorithms better??

Who out there has used After Effects (the most recent) for stabilization? I just bought that and noticed their stabilization feature. Seemed pretty slick and effective…but better than SV? I’d rather not spend time importing unless AE really makes a big deal. I want efficiency if the end result looks more or less the same.

Also, anyone having issues with nesting in SV11? I was using the 64bit version but went back to the 32bit to see if it was better. Both crashed after minimal use. Big bummer.

I want to stay with SV11 because the GPU stuff is fantastic but the other features are a little wacko.

Thanks for the feedback guys! m
