    Hello,

I produce a lot of concert films, and up until now, I’ve used a rather slow editing method – I’d put each camera angle on a different track above each other, sync them up, and then to edit I’d watch one angle, cut it once it gets boring, watch another angle, cut when that gets boring, etc. It was long, but it worked.
Now one thing I could easily do in this set up, was make split screen shots (like in Woodstock, etc).
However, I’ve started using Multiclip editing, and due to all the video being on a single track, I’m unsure of how to go about making split screen shots.

Has anybody solved this on their own projects?

    Thanks for any help

    Matt

Split screen as you’d like to see both images at once? Well you’ll have to create two different video tracks. Yea?

Just duplicate your multiclip, one on track one, one on track two. Then crop, resize or do whatever it takes to get both images to fit on the same screen.

    Yea?
