Split clips at region marker

I am thinking that there is but I can’t seem to find it using vegasaur. It’s been a while since I’ve used Ultimate S but I thought there was a select regions option in one of them.

The quick and dirty way to quickly split up regions/markers is to customize your keyboard to skip to the next marker = Trackview CursorTo.RightByMarker

Then Split = Trackview Edit.Split

I have used this in combination with keyboard scripting functions like Microsoft Intelitype (now Keyboard and mouse) and Logitech G13 functions to repeat the keystrokes until all markers are split in a matter of seconds.

Sorry I know it’s not exactly what your looking for but it is better than double-clicking each region individually. I hope it helps.

This option might be a pain if you also have a lot of markers on your timeline, but you can work around that using Vegasaur Markers Tab= Demote Markers, Then Delete Markers only, then run your split regions keystrokes, then promote markers back into your project. Again, not the best option, but not the worst.

In Vegasaur use Split Events tool, which can do what OP wants.
