Splash Screen Crash Woes
Hey.
So I’ve been using AE for awhile without any problems. Great program. I work on a Dell XPS700 fully loaded everything so the com is great too.
Just yesterday though, I went to start AE and it crashed on the splash screen, not just once but every time I tried to open it.
I even reinstalled it and it did the same thing. I ran a registry mechanic and reinstalled it and the same thing.
Would anyone know what the problem could be before I contact Adobe and have to wait forever for them to respond? Any help would land you king of the awesome in my book. Thanks-

No one has any idea why AE would crash on the splash screen? I’ve been using it for over a year now and this is the first encounter like this.
Do I need to locate a folder and delete cache or pref’s or something? I would have thought someone here would have known. Thanks anyway.
