  Speed ramp and Speed Bump changes in and out points

  Is their a way around adding a speed bump or ramp to a clip in the timeline and not have it change the in and out points of the clip. What I mean is it keeps the clip the exact same length as it was before you add the effect, but the in and out edits of the clip are now different. This is from xpress pro HD 5.1 on PC
