I have a training video I have edited in FCP but I alway finish out my project in Encore DVD to go to flash.
For this project I decided it would be a great to use the searchable txt feature using the speech analysis in Premiere Pro.
So I exported my entire sequence without the music track and fed the script into Premiere which worked perfectly!!! Probably 95% correct!!
My issue is I now want to add my music track back into the video but I cant seem to find a way that still maintains the XMP metadata when I go to encore.
It may be easy and im just missing something this seems like this would be a common thing
but every tutorial I find always uses a clip that is just dialog so they just save and import to Encore and it works.
I assume if i try the Speech analysis with a music track it wont give me a 95% correct analysis.
    Please help thanks.

Hm, metadata isn’t my strongpoint, but try exporting/rendering your file with the metadata set to a sidecar file, backup the resulting .xmp file that will be created, render your video again with the music bed then overwrite its .xmp file with the one that has the text analysis. It’s the layman’s answer but it may work for you.

I tried using the sidecar file, possibly i did something wrong but it doesn’t seem to keep the speech analysis information. Anyone else
