  Speckles on moving still

  I have applied a small scale and rotation effect to some still images. After rendering thay have little speckles all over. I have tried it in both Hi res(10bit) and DV and the result is the same. Apple and the guys I bought this from says that should not happen and that it is an Io problem.

  Any ideas?
