  Source in Premiere is freezing when moving on preview screen

  Hello,

  This video fully explains my problem, please have a check: Premiere freezing while moving a source
  It doesn’t matter which source I use, will it be an uncompressed file or a 50kb picture, it will be freezing like in the video…
  I’m struggling with this problem for a while already, it’s so depressing.

  CPU: Ryzen 3700x
  Video card: Palit RTX 2060 SUPER 8G GP
  RAM: Kingston 2x16Gb 3200 MHz

  I’m working in After Effect as well and have no such a problem there.
  I tried many things, like reinstalling the program, checking the available RAM for premiere, checking that premiere is using GPU acceleration, but now I’m stuck.

  Any advice? 🙁
