Hello! I have run into a snag in FCP.

I’m attempting to remove a ‘pop’ on the audio of one of my clips using the “Send to Soundtrack Pro 2 Audio File Project” feature.

I successfully remove the ‘pop’ from the audio file and then hit save. When I’m asked how to “Save Audio File Project Preference”, I choose “Reference Source Audio.”

When I switch back to Final Cut Pro, my audio is completely gone! Not unedited or incorrect, but completely gone!

I could use some help on this. 🙂 The clip is an HDV 1080i clip.

I followed the instructions in the Apple Pro Training Series book “Soundtrack Pro 2” as my reference.

    Thanks in advance!
    Jason
