Sound Sync Issues in AE CS4
Hello,
The audio in my composition is not playing back properly when I do a ram preview. Audio plays back, frame rate is correct, but the audio ques are not sync, essentially the Voice Over kicks in too soon. I opened up the waveform and the waveform looks correct, but I’m getting some audio playback during sections that’s nonexistent. If I move my work area start at the beginning of the next set of audio/waveform, it plays fine, but then the following audio que/waveforms follows right after and doesn’t leave me the 1 or 2 second pause that’s suppose to be there and the original file is timed appropriately.
Any thoughts?

If you’re using mp3 files for audio you may get those symptoms. Convert the audio files to wav or aiff and you should be in business.
