Sound suddenly slower, lower pitched in sequences

Thank you Sean Parker – just was having the same pitch problem with an Avid 7 sequence and sure enough I had Garage Band open. Closed both, just reopened Avid, all is well with the world.

10 years later and this is still a great answer. Turned off GB and all was fixed.
