sound requirements for theatres, in regards to festivals
i recently shot a short and heard that the sound levels have to be exactly specific to theaters. i heard that obv a 5.1 surround sound mix is critial, but does anybody know the specific dbu levels everything has to be set at so the theaters wont reject the film. thanks for any help.

Just record and mix well- the theater sets the level.
