Posted by Jenn Lamay on February 26, 2008 at 3:55 pmBesides Sony Vegas, what 2 professional sound editing programs are used by Major Motion Picture Studios today?

March 2, 2008 at 1:13 amSince the early 90s I used a Sonic Solutions DAW. It was fantastic. Real time, great sound, did sound locked to picture, Mac-based, used common peripherals. But, as we started doing more and more work with studios around the country it became clear that Pro Tools was the system they all used. I finally got tired of explining why I used Sonic and installed a PT HD system. The end result was a lot more business.
