SOS: Mutlibridge Extreme Failure!!!
Dear Friends,
Here is a bad story, if anyone has a clue! please please help!! did anyone go through something like this…??
after we bought our first MB Extreme it failed to operate at first attempt!! and has been replaced by BMD Europe as a DOA. We had to pay the shipping back and forth though!
Then, the new replacement worked just fine for a month now, until an hour ago while editing a film (to be delivered in a week! OSX showed the 4-languages shut down!!
As we tried to start again we noticed the sound of our MB Ex is different and now all that it does is:
connect to power supply, fan works for a sec, light on low for a sec, all down, again: low light and fan for a sec… and so on… sometimes it does not even work when connected to power.Orwa

Had exactly the same problem. Bad powersupply. BM next day mailed me a new one all is well now. Said it was NOT unheard of.
