Sony7 Veagas pro 10 Stops Responding if i open another folder or programme
Hi all I have just upgrade to sony vegas pr0 10 from vegas 7. When i start vegas and open a project it takes about 5 min to load, is this normal for pro 10.
Also in the preferences Tab under video i have change the Show source to Head, Tail. In the Dynamic RAM Preview max what is the best value here.
In the audio Tab i have changed the Waveform display while recording as Dont show Waveforms but the waveforms still show in project, the waveforms seem to take the longest to load up when opening a project.

Do you see anything that needs to change to make my computer respond better to vegas pro.
Vegas pro10, is a big jump from vegas 7 i see, not just in the look and feel but also my computer is feeling the extra processing power needed to run pro 10.
It seems when i am in vegas pro 10 working on a project if i move away and open a folder or media player vegas stops responding and i have to go to task manager to close it down. Can anyone help me with all these questions
