  Sony XDCAM (PMW-350) & Nexto (ND 2730) Photo Storage Compatability

  Our video production department uses Sony XDCAM EX for shoots. We purchased Nexto (ND 2730) Photo Storage drives to use with the XDCAM to enable video downloads in the field, however we have concerns regarding compatibility. Will the ND 2730 work for our purposes? If so what cables are recommended to use with this drive, as the cables included with the ND 2730 seem to be incompatible with the XDCAM EX. Or should we have purchased a drive specifically designed for video use, say the NVS-2501?
