  Sony XDCAM Log and Transfer vs. Sony Clip Broswer

  I’m wondering if there are any advantages or disadvantages to using the ‘Log and Transfer’ option in FCP with Sony XDCAM EX3 footage vs. using the Sony Clip Browser software?

  They both do the same thing don’t they?
