Where can i see the laser hours on this cam?Anyone?

A quick Google search finds the Operation Manual:

Which directs you to the Maintenance Menu where you’ll find the hours meter.
It is basically a mute point however in that Sony guarantees the laser for seven years.

I beg to differ, under Maintenance Menu #1 the Hours of Laser Use is reported. This is a typical Sony function.

looking at that manual(its different from mine), and search for maintance menu it gets me to a page where i need open my inside panel..oink!T
