    Hi All,

I am having serious issues with NewBlue Titler Pro crashing Vegas Pro 11.0. I have seen other threads on this issue, but in addition to the crashing, NBTP is not saving text. When I open a saved project, I see “Enter Text” in the titler window and all my work is gone. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I have the current build of both Vegas and Titler installed. Perhaps a compatibility issue with my graphics card?? Please see my system specs below.

Thanks in advance for any help!
    Susan

    My Specs:
    HP h8 Desktop
Six Core Processor: Intel i7 3820 3.60 GHz
    Windows 7 64 bit
    10 GB Ram
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7670
    Vegas Pro 11.0 build 683

For really trying to diagnose what is happening, I recommend you start a help ticket at newbluefx.com.

One thing I would initially try is to add Titler Pro to the timeline, go to Help – Check for Updates, and download the most current version. When installing, ONLY choose the proper “OpenFX” version.

Thank you for your reply! I will double check to be sure I have the proper version installed. I do plan to submit a ticket as well. I just thought I’d see if anyone out there had the same problem. I will post the solution as soon as I find it.
