For some reason now whenever I click on the pan/crop button for any video track, nothing happens. I have tried selecting this from tools, and in any other way i know, but with the same result. I can use all the other features perfectly fine, and can change the Media FX etc… but no pan/crop – can someone shed any light on this.

    Hi,
Do you have a secondary display connected for video preview? if so, turn off full screen preview and click on event pan crop. sometimes the pan crop window can be behind the video preview and you wont see it. This has happened to me before and I searched everywhere to find it. Turns out I had moved pan crop to the other monitor to do adjustments and then forgot it was there when preview was full screen again.

Thanks for the help. I only have the one monitor but after deselecting everything from the view menu I managed to find it eventually. Thanks again.
