i just installed Sony Vegas Pro 12. Am having same error message. But, mine crashes when it gets to the “Creating Windows” action.

I just downloaded and installed Sony Vegas 13 pro i have used sony vegas 10 on this laptop before just fine, but my sony vegas 13 stops at
“initializing GPU-Accelerated video processing.
