Well, that seems to be an issue with the WMV format you
    recorded from fraps.

But i havent had an issue with it untill today. The format worked fine until just recently.

Well if thats the case, the only modification you done
was installing a new Video Card, So the issue you are
having lies with your new card.

(This is so overly-recommended)..try disabling the GPU
and see if you get different results.

Im a little hesitant to do this but.. i will do that if it is a last resort. Im thinking it has to be vegas. I can watch the video im putting into vegas just fine. But as soon as i drop ANY video into the timeline it will load and then boom! Sony vegas stops responding Immediately.

Uninstall Vegas. Clean the registry. Reboot, reinstall, update. Clean the registry again, reboot. Try editing again. I don’t know if that will solve the problem but it would have been my first step.

    Unfortunately this did nothing.

Very little we can assist you with, from here on
out regarding Vegas 11 then. It has many of these consistent
issues, with no solid solution at hand.

    H,
you probably tried this but… sometimes hardware comes with outdated drivers, so you have to get the very latest from the suppliers web site. In this case: https://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
They seem to have a tool to online check whether you have the right driver.
As it is crashing in the Open CL driver; disabling the graphips accelerator in vegas might work for you.

    Also is your card here:
