Hello, I am having a problem while rendering a 7 minutes video(with a lot of effect like magic bullet and stuff).
I am starting to render but it stops at about 50% with the next error:
Error occurred while creating media file. System low on memory.
I tryed CFF, DEP, options>preferences>dynamic RAM>0, and more but nothing works, any help?
    Computer specs:
    Win XP.
    2 GB RAM
    150+ free GB.
    Intel due core E7500.
    Thanks!

You may have exceed the limits of XP and 2GB of memory. Try closing all other programs, even background tasks. It may be time to upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit and buy more memory.

Well… if it stops at 50% I guess you could try and render it out in sections. Maybe try rendering 2-3 minutes at a time. Then drop all the pieces back into a new project and render them out as one video.

Stephen Mann has offered an explanation for this issue numerous times.

There are many hints around the web about vegas’ problem with this. It is not usually ram, but address space. The thing that worked for me, besides your preview ram=0, was to turn off thumbnail display in the timeline.

I can imagine there are many things that consume the vegas address space. For me, the same project would render on one system but not on another, and I never figured out what the difference was.
