Sony Vegas project won’t open
I’m using Sony Vegas 7.0. I’ve been working for over a week on this project, and it was nearly done. Last night, my computer froze and I had to hold down the power button to turn it off, and now whenever I try to open my project file it says this:
“Warning: An error occurred while opening one or more files.
The item was not found.”
It won’t even start opening. The moment I click open, it gives me that message. Can someone please help me? I don’t know what I’ll do if this project is gone. I need it today.

With Vegas closed. Right click on the saved project file
and select “open with” and choose Sony Vegas..lets see if that helps.Steve Rhoden

No word on whether that worked? What about the bak file?
