Sony Vegas Pro training DVDs or books

While browsing the B&H website, I came along this Vasst training DVD for Sony Pro: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/766015-REG/Vasst_SVP_Sony_Vegas_Pro_Absolute.html
Is anyone familiar with it? I assume it was made with an older version of Pro but should probably still be of help to maximize my use of the software. Is there a better Vegas Pro training product on the market, either DVD or a book, that anyone can recommend? I’d really like to start becoming a better user (and editor). Unfortunately I don’t have lots of free time to edit my silly videos, since I don’t do this for a living.
