When I open my Vegas Pro 14 (64-bit) I get a few error codes.

1: BackPak-1 Your License for BackPak-1 has expired

    2: Enter PackPak-1 License Key

3: BackPak 1 Load: Could not load BackPak1: Perhaps the license key was invalid.

How do I remove this ?

I was able to fix my Backpack error by installing (on-top of) my current installed Production Assistant 2.0. When I installed Production Assistant 2.0 it was from the original Sony CD. I believe mine was version 2.0.5 or something similar.

What I did to fix this was download the newest installer from VASST at https://vasstsoftware.com/download/
and installing version 2.0.11 of Production AssistantInstaller on top of my current install.

After installing, I started up Vegas Pro and the error went away.

Not sure this will help you but this fixed my issue. I restarted Vegas Pro several time to make sure that the Backpack error does not pop back up again.

Hopefully this helps if not, VASST answers support emails.
