  Sony Vegas Pro 8 or Pinnacle Studio Ultimate ver 11

  Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
  I currently own (but am no longer using) Liquid Edition 5.5
  I want to buy a new HD Sony AVCHD camcorder (HDRSR11).
  I know the latest version of Liquid will not edit in AVCHD so my next 2 choices are Sony Vegas Pro 8 or Pinnacle Studio Ultimate ver. 11
  Has anyone here used both programs and which one would be easiest to learn.
  The pics I have seen of Pinnacle Ultimate 11 look close to Liquid Edition, but I am open to hear what people have to say.
