Sorry guys for very late answer. It is kind a disrespectful but i wasn’t able to do anything before.
I just wanna tell you that PNG sequence worked just fine. It is very simple and logical solution.
Thank you very much for help.

….and Sony vegas should also think about this strange glitch/problem what ever it is…. because it is very strange.

My 1st reach out – in desperation of course:
I have similar issue with my finished 7 month edit (!!) – v13 will not open .mpg or .mov files, and consequently will not open my precious .veg file…
Won’t even show up in Vegas explorer window!
    >SAME issue in v11 & I believe in Movie Studio.
    >These files will open in any player just fine
    > Already tried the compoundplug.dll file name change/unchange – no difference.
Thanks for any suggestions you may have,

    Patrick

[jolin zhu] “I record many video clips with my Open Broadcaster Software(OBS), and I have trouble in editing OBS files with Sony Vegas.”

You should try recording with a codec that Vegas Pro can edit. Motion-JPEG is a good choice. If you can’t use a codec that Vegas Pro can edit, then you’ll need to convert you footage into a codec that Vegas Pro can edit. Try using a free utility like Avidemux 2.5 (not 2.6) to make M-JPEG files:
