Instead of opening your project from within Vegas, try opening your veg file from windows explorer instead. I had that same problem once.
Of course the other thing is to rename your backup file and load that.
The backup file has the same name as your original veg file but ends in .bac

i have try everything that i could, even search so much on the forum and sadly, aint find anything.

maybe its a codec issue? since i re installed some codecs.

Just a follow up to Roger’s excellent suggestion. The backup file has a .bak extension. Move it to a different folder, rename it from (for example) myvideo.veg.bak to myvideo.veg and try opening that one. Good luck.

Are some of the files used on the project on an external drive, or where they originally on an external drive?

If you know the folder(s) where your media is located, rename it (them).
    E.g.:
    D:\Work\theProject\Media

    to:
    D:\Work\theProject\MediaNew

Try open the .veg. Vegas should complain it can’t find any of the media. Choose Specify a New Location or Replacement File. Do each media file one at a time (using the new location) and see if Vegas crashes on a particular file.
