Sony Vegas Pro 12: Not Installing ( cddbcontrol.dll failed to register )
I can’t install ANY SVP anymore. I currently have SVP 10 installed in my computer right now and it works properly. Now, I’m intrigued with SVP 12, I heard it’s way better, so I decided to download trial version. I would surely appreciate any help, thank you in advance. -

I guess you are using W7.. Have you tried to install as Admin.
Apologies if you have already tried this but I have had problem in the past with other installs…
It may not be the problem but at least if you try it you will know what it is not . Right click on the exe file and select Run As Administrator….John
