Hey guys, I just installed Vegas Pro 10 and it works great, but there’s one problem that doesn’t seem to stop; all the clips I put into the timeline will have the audio from the first clip in the timeline.

Even if I trim a new clip and put it in, it’ll still have the exact same audio. I tried editing the movie in Vegas Pro 9 and then rendering in 10 and 9 didn’t have issues (other than the render but that’s a different problem), but as soon as I opened it in 10 the audio changed around to, again, the exact same audio as the first clip.

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Have you tried removing the audio file from its current directory and placing it elsewhere (another drive perhaps)? If it’s not needed, you can delete the audio file. If it is attached to the video file (from a camera) you can more than likely demux it using any number demuxers out there. You can also try muting that audio track (the mute button is on the track header and it will make that audio track a darker gray).
