[Gilles Simon] ” It’s really annoying since I’ve been working really hard on this project lately.”

Your Screen Grab indicates that that install of VP10e was insalled some 2 years ago? Yes? It could be time to consider a re-install. However, prior to that, can you OPEN VP10e, with a NEW project? If you can, I would start by rescanning your VST folder and check to see if all your FXs are present. You’ve got “grovel” reports on FXs, DXs, VSTs and DX Video. There’s something choking Vegas, and that could be memory or just plain old boring hard disc space issues showing/telling you to do some houskeeping. Projects with memory-hungry VSTs and FXs need their territory to spread out. Working in cramped conditions wont do your VST/FX-rich project/s any favours.
