Sony Vegas Effect -Line in between
Hello,
I was wondering how to create this effect i’ve seen often.
It’s easy, but i don’t know its name consequently i don’t know how to make it.It’s made up putting together two clips: one clip on the left side of the screen, the second clip on the right side of the screen with a black line in between separating them.
How do i do this?

Use the event pan and crop to crop each event, then use track motion to position them side by side, a gap will be the black line. Hope this helps, Danny Hays

You can probably figure it out by using my tutorial:
Creating a Split Screen using a Mask
The black line can be added with a piece of generated media (i.e., crop a piece of solid black generated media to the shape you want)
