December 7, 2008 at 12:59 amok so tell me what happens when click on the pan/crop? You should see the window open quickly and be transparent then slide off in the direction of where it resides.

December 7, 2008 at 1:04 amDon’t see anything. Nothing happens at all. The top bar that has the minamize option and exit option flashes as if I’m selecting and deselecting it. That’s all.

December 7, 2008 at 1:23 amwhat top bar? The Vegas window should not be highlighted, but any window you open should when you select it. Let’s do this…click on track motion and slide that window completley off the screen. It should only be able to disappear towardst the bottom. Then try to recover it. Keep at it…it has to be there.

December 7, 2008 at 9:08 amtry increasing your screen resolution, just in order to find the missing window
eg if moving from 1024×768 to 1600×1200, the missing window should now be on the screen
