Sony Vegas and Magic Bullet Misfire
As editing software of choice I use Sony Vegas 9 and I recently installed Magic Bullet Looks 1.1. I think it has very nice presets and possibilities but I was really looking forward in using the misfire plugins (scratches, dust etc. for a “grindhouse” look). Unfortunately I don’t think that plugin works in Vegas. Is there any other way around it? Is there a similar plug in (not the film effect that comes with vegas)?

I like the plugins from Pixelan very much. The GrainPlus 2 CreativeEase plugin is fully adjustable and will probably fullfil all your needs for the filmgrain look:
