Sony Vegas 8 vs. Newtek SpeedEdit v1.2
Is there anyone on the vegas forum who has used or is using speedEDIT and how is it to sony vegas pro 8?

I have used/reviewed SpeedEdit.
It’s a very fast tool. First tool I’ve seen that can approach the speed of Vegas. it’s very format-friendly.
It doesn’t have the feature set of Vegas, not by a long shot. But it wsn’t really intended to.
It doesn’t do anything Vegas doesn’t do, but it does have a couple of better features, particularly the keyer. But that’s not saying much. 🙂Douglas Spotted Eagle
