Sony Vegas 13 stopped opening its own .veg project :(
Hi guys!
Any advice here? Worked on this project: video+audio soundtrack, saved and opened many times before.
Today had a USB-jack crush so I had to re-start the computer. When it rebooted and opened a project to continue work it gave me ‘Warning: An error occurred while loading the project file . The file is an unsupported format.’Nothing was moved around and I saved the project before rebooting as I always did.
What can it be??? It’s a long work (of course) to feel let down!Thank you!

Look for the backup veg file. It should be in the same folder as the veg file and labeled filename.veg.bak
Move that file to a different folder and rename it by deleting .bak.
Try opening this version. If it does work, save it immediately under a new name in the original location. -
