  Sony Vegas 12 -Render out of Synch- Work around

  I was having problems with my render (in any format) of a music video being out of sync after the render process when the pre-render timeline was perfectly in sync.
  Having Googled the problem I couldn’t find anyone with a solution.
  I solved it using this work around.
  Firstly I rendered to a new track, I then re-adjusted the audio to be perfectly in sync.I then grouped the audio and video, selected the 2 tracks at the left of the timeline so the boxes with the track numbers and settings are highlighted in blue, hit render and bingo! In Sync.
